Overall, I felt better about this week. Still recovering from lack of sleep due to my son being sick. It took me a while to get re-motivated to run this week, but I think we are all good now...

So, Alex got sick on Tuesday night with ear infections. He was up a lot at night on Wed, Thurs, and Friday. Because of him being sick and me not getting a lot of sleep, I didn't run on those days. Then, on Sat i felt like crap (was planning 10M, but went 8M). Hopefully next week will be back on pace...

This week I decided to take an easy week for a couple of reasons. One - I hadn't backed off in a while and Two - the magazine was due at the printer, so i needed to get that finalized.

Overall, this was a really good week. The first run of the week was really slow, but it was on a course with a lot of climbing. Things are looking good! hopefully I can get a new state by the end of the year!
