This was a good step from last week. I took Friday off for two reasons - 1. I got up early to shop and 2. I knew I was doing another long run on Saturday so I didn't want the weekly mileage to be too much of a jump. I am pushing my long runs back to Saturday so we can go to church on Sunday morning as a family.

The main reason for this blog is to keep you updated on my quest to run a marathon in all 50 states. After each marathon, I will post my race report here. This will give you a little more insight into the event in case you are looking for a marathon to train for.

Week Log: 16 Nov - 22 Nov 2008

This was a great week and hopefully will jump start my base training. I ran every day, which is also a great start. Now we just need to keep the consistency and creep this up to 80M/week by the end of the year...
